CertaShift studies proven machine principles, develops the structure and production route, and turns the performance target into a machine that can be built and repeated.

MOQ is one machine. A customer can begin with one prototype, verify the result and approve the production version before committing to a repeat order.

Define the machine

Confirm the material, working environment, machine envelope, hourly output, power supply and service requirements before detailed design begins.

Design, build and verify

Develop the mechanical structure and production route, build the prototype, test operation and output, and record the changes needed before the approved version moves forward.

Prepare to repeat

Retain the confirmed bill of materials, work instructions, inspection points, brand treatment and packaging requirements for future production.

A completed 1,200-unit ODM program

For an African customer, we received a machine-size limit and an hourly output requirement rather than production drawings. We independently developed the equipment, verified the required output in operating tests, and delivered 200 machines per month for six months, for a total of 1,200 units. Customer identity and project files remain confidential.
